California Ranch Wedding | E&D

Back to Journal

In the heart of Northern California at the couple’s family ranch, amidst the embrace of nature, our couple’s intimate wedding was intricately tied together with elements of the outdoors and elegance. The bride and groom were married beneath the shade of her grandfather’s weeping willow as a way of honoring and including him on their special day. Our bride glowed in a radiant gown, accented with shimmering sleeves and a sweetheart neckline. Her hair was styled in long, full curls with a warm makeup look to pull the look together. The groom wore a tan suit that perfectly fit the nature-inspired color palette.

Found Floral fashioned a dancing bridal bouquet, featuring lush white flowers and draping greenery. Softly colored wildflower floral arrangements lined both sides of the aisle, which added to the naturally growing flora and fauna surrounding guests. The cascading leaves of the willow tree held space for both joy and celebration as vows were exchanged. Alicia Rinka flawlessly captured all the emotions and details of the day. Afterwards, the reception space greeted guests with rich cherry wooden bistro chairs that seamlessly blended with the surrounding elements. The tables were draped with latte linens and topped with bouncy wildflowers and earth tone stationery elements. Red Door Catering created a menu highlighting elevated southern comfort which began with a watermelon salad, risotto, topped off with a dessert station. Later, DJ Umami provided the soundtrack for the night with soulful songs that kept the guests celebrating as sparkling lights illuminated the dance floor.
